Here are some pictures of our recent work. Click on the thumbnail
photo for a better look at what's going on in any of the photos below.
This house in Greendale is ready for a new
roof. Note the algae on the roof visible as
dark staining.
Each house represents a new challenge.
This house shows the care taken to not harm
your landscaping. Photo prior to re-roof.
Though not terribly harmful the algae often
gives the roof a dingy appearance as seen
better in this photo.
With the dumpster near the house most of
the old roofing can go directly to the
dumpster. Even so, care has been taken to
protect the deck and rose bushes.
We use tarps and plywood to protect doors,
windows and landscaping from harm during
the tear off process.
Now the roof is nearly ready for its new GAF
Elk shingles to be applied.  As you can see,
the landscaping hasn't been touched by
falling debris.
This Waukesha home had its old roof
replaced with Timberline Prestique Life Time
shingles.
When used in conjuntion with GAF ELKs
Starter Shingles, Ridge Shingles and
installed properly, these shingles carry a 130
MPH wind damage warranty!
A lot of hard work has obviously gone into
this back yard.  We respect that hard work
and strive to make sure it looks great when
the job is done.
Things don't always go perfect, but we make
the best of them. See the plywood in the
driveway? That's where the dumpster is
supposed to be! As seen in the photo to the
right, our guys have a plan!
See how all the debris is being  collected
where the dumpster is supposed to be? It'll
all go in shortly when the dumpster arrives.
Not pictured are the tarps used to collect the
ground debris which are to the right of where
the dumpster will be.
Sometimes landscaping precludes using
tarps. In these cases we use care in removal
and rakes and even rolling magnets to make
sure we don't miss a nail!
Ice and Water Shield is one of the best
investments you can make to protect your
roof from damage due to ice dams. You can
see it runs six feet up the roof as well as
under the valley.
That same Ice and Water Shield is also
being used here as temporary waterproofing
around the chimney while the work to the
house is being done. We make sure that
your house will stay dry even if it rains during
the re-roof process.
Down to business finally! The dumster is
here, the debris off the roof and the work of
installing those new Timbeline shingles has
begun.
For this Milwaukee home, just about
everything you see was done by us! It
recieved a new roof, gutters and siding.
In addition our partners at Wisconsin
Insulation gave us a hand with adding
insulation to keep the house cool in the
summer and warm in the winter.
The Barkwood Timbeline Prestique Life Time
shingles really make this house stand out!
This Waukehsa home received a total
make-over too! We added a new roof, gutters,
siding and windows.
Here's a closer shot of the clean lines of the
Miratec corner and window trim alongside
the factory pre-painted james Hardie Color
Plus siding.
The James Hardie Color Plus line is
available in a wide range of colors and offers
the best return on investment the past five
years running.
Marvin Windows were used to replace the
existing windows on this home. Depending
on your needs we used wood, vinyl or
aluminum doors and windows to suit your
application.
Here you can see the attention to detail
around the gas and electric meters. We
make sure these penetrations into the house
look good and stay dry.
Another job well done. All that's left now is the
landscaping!
