Workmanship:
LH Krueger will warrant workmanship against defect based on the type of service below:

Materials:
All materials used are warranted by their respective manufacturers*. Any remedy for defective
materials is the sole responsibility of said manufacturer.

The Above and Beyond Re-Roof Warranty
Simply put, we warrant our workmanship for 20 years, no ifs, ands or buts for 20 years to lifetime*
depending on the product chosen and the level of warranty desired.
Here is a short summary of the details:
GAF's Weather Stopper System Plus limited warranty covers the entire roof system. In the event
of a material defect, the tear off, clean up, disposal and re-roof application costs are covered by
GAF. See GAF's warranty for full details.
L.H. Krueger and Son Inc. will warrant its workmanship unconditionally for the equivalent period of
the product chosen, which is 20 years up to lifetime.
Our forty point post installation inspection (included with every re-roof we do) provides peace of
mind that the job has been done right.
GAF provides extended wind coverage and free warranty transfer. The Good Housekeeping
warranty protection is also included.

* "Lifetime" as it pertains to our warranty means; as long as you own your home. Warranty
coverage may be transferred one time. The second owner must register the warranty within 90
days of the purchase with our office.
